Policy Implementation: Implement and
monitor health and safety policies,
programs, and procedures throughout
the organization, ensuring compliance.
•Safety Awareness.' Promote health
and safety awareness at all levels
within the organization to create a
culture of safety.
•Hazard Identification: identify safety
hazards, recommend corrective
actions, and conduct inspections to
ensure machinery, equipment, and
facilities meet safety requirements.

Permit to Work (PTW) and LockoutTagout (L0TO) procedures,

personal protection equipment

•Emergency Preparedness: Maintain
emergency preparedness, conduct
safety drills, and participate in safety
motivation programs to achieve zero
accidents and enhance safety
measures.
I hold a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering and boast 3 years of experience
in health, safety, and environment (HSE) practices within the construction
industry. I have successfully passed the NEBOSH IGC exam and earned
certificates in OSHA and IOSH. With strong communication skills, I am
dedicated to promoting safety and sustainability
Role & Responsibilities:-
➢ Implement and Monitor Occupational Health and Safety Policy, Programs, and
Procedures.
➢ Increase health and safety awareness at all levels within the organization.
➢ Identify safety hazards & recommend corrective action.
➢ Review plans and specifications for new machinery and equipment to make sure that they
meet safety requirements. Identify and correct potential hazards by inspecting facilities,
machinery, and safety equipment. Evaluate the effectiveness of various industrial control
mechanisms.
➢ Role in Supervising in Accident Prevention
➢ Following PTW (Permit to Work System) LOTO (Lock out and Tag Out Procedures)
➢ MSDS &COSHH Assessment communication
➢ Conduct Tool Box for the work force on different H & S issues.
➢ Confirming and providing safe working conditions at the exact work place
➢ Scaffolding safety monitoring and inspecting ladders periodically.
➢ Excavations and edge protections safety monitoring.
➢ Ensuring suitable and sufficient personal protective equipment for all the employees.
➢ Monitoring employee welfare arrangements at site.
➢ Confident and committed to achieve zero accident performance
➢ Periodic site inspection to identify and eliminate the possible unsafe condition and acts
➢ Maintaining project specific emergency preparedness plan and first aid.
➢ Participation & coordination in safety motivation programs.
➢ Conducting emergency preparedness drills and evaluating the effectiveness periodically
