A- Unit Manager: 2009 - till present in Facilities Maintenance Division.
1- Oversees and manages employees to ensure they acheive objectives, comply with policies, procedures and operational requirements.
2- Implememtation of all operational programs and other contingency plans.
3- Implementation of all maintenance programs including preventive and corrective.
4- Oversees implementation of the contract, controls the budget and maintains quality standards
5- Receives client special requests, ensures client satifaction and their complaints are resolved properly.
6- Conduct regular meeting for discussion & presentation of new methods, policies, procedures, and plans to ensure smooth and complete implementation.
B- Technical Manager: 2006 - 2009 in FMD
1- Anchor the technical activities and manage the affaires in the section.
2- Ensure proper inplementation of QMS (Quality Managemnet System) and MMS (Maintenance Management System) processes.
3- Conduct general inspections to insure quality and site readiness.
4- Analyse general performance of the section, implements of corrective actions, and improvement.
5- Evalute equipment and system status, recommend modification and upgrading, lead commissioning of new systems and equipment and follow up for lifting remarks.
6- support all technical subordinates in developing their competences.
C- Telecom Engineer: 1997-2006 in FMD for government royal palaces in KSA- Maintained the following systems:
1- PABX'S : Ericsson (MD110 BC10, 11& 12), Meridian (SL11, 50, 60 & 80), and Siemens.
I have large experience of installing and maintaining the above systems, also all the communication softwares those applied, and the programming of required demands.
2- Key Systems:
Panasonic, Nitsuko, Norstar, Samsung and Ericsson key system.
3- I was an auditor (ISO:9000 certified by BVQI) in the company for 8 years.
Design Engineer: Public Telephone Networking.
Was a huge project of land lines in lebanon.
Programmer in visual Foxpro, I have a very well experience in computer hardwares and programming softwares.
