Working with Ghani Global Group as ‘Production Engineer. An industrial group having more than 40 year experience in the field of glass, gases and mining industries. Ghani Global Group has a 100 TPD Air Separation Plant (LOX = 2000 Nm3/hr, LN = 1000 Nm3/hr, LAr = 65 m3/hr) erected and commissioned by SASPG(Sichuan Air Separation Group China) for the manufacturing of medical & industrial gases in the name of Ghani Gases Limited a public limited company.

Responsibilities:
Carry out production planning and ensure its implementation in accordance with the production standards requirements
Control and observe the different process parameters and variables from DCS room to ensure safe operation and product quality/reliability
Develop and implement production tracking, analyzing production and maintenance policies and procedures (SOP).
Responsible to read and improve the P&ID and maintenance according to P&ID diagrams.
Loading/unloading of Centrifugal Compressors, turbo expanders during plant startup and shutdown.
To maintain and prepare daily and monthly production data sheets,
To prepare and maintain ECR record of compression unit.
To control plant startup and shut down.
Team management to meet production tasks.
Training for the Shift Engineers and Supervisors.
To participate in daily coordination meetings within department and with services departments.
To calculate the production, specific power and material balance
Ensure safe and efficient control of work through the use of the Permit to Work (PTW) System including worksite preparation, onsite inspections and assisting the Plant Manager in the control of conflicting activities. Implement every type of modifications in plant through EMOC system.
.Ensure that all safety standards are met in order to ensure safe and risk free production of Medical and Industrial Gases.

To control different processes and operations such as fermentation, Extrction and Evaporation , Hydrogenation, Hydrochlorination, , Refining and Packing.

To control quqlity .
To optimise chemicals and glassware cost for testing of milk at sattelites.

Worked with Alpha Chemicals as, Trainee Engineer, and than as an "Assistant Manager Production " from 21-04-2008 to 18-08-2012, A chemical company established in 1992, involved in the production of Ephedrine, and since than it is the only one plant in Pakistan, with more than 8 tons per month capacity of production, that is producing Ephedrine and fulfilling the requirements of many local and multinational pharmaceutical companies.
Its core products are as follows.
1- Ephedrine HCl. 2- Pseudo Ephedrine HCl. 3- Pseudo Ephedrine Sulphate.
Responsibilities:
1- To control, observe and adjust parameters and variables of following
Processes and operations.
• Fermentation of Molasses by yeast to produce Phenyl Acetyl Carbinol (PAC)
• Extraction of PAC from fermenter broth with Extraction Columns and Falling Film Evaporator.
• Hydrogenation of PAC to produce Ephedrine Base.
• Hydro Chlorination of Ephedrine Base to produce Crude Ephedrine HCl.
• Crystallization and Refining of Crude Ephedrine HCl.
• Drying and Packing.
2- Team management to control the workforce to produce time effectives and quality
results.
3- Ability to control trouble shoots and solve technical problems.
4- To ensure safe operation and product quality.
5- Develop and implement production tracking, analyzing production and maintenance reports to detect and correct problems.
6- To Develop and implement facility maintenance policies and procedures.
7- Responsible for the startup and shutdown of plant
8- Responsible to implement maintenance annual schedule.
9- To participate in effective communication within department and coordinate
services
10- To participate in daily coordination meeting and discuss process/production
