I was the head of Safety and Fire Fighting Division and Deputy of General Manager of the Department.
At that time I achieved to provide some new regulations and procedures in the field and develop the system of Accidents Investigation.

My topic of doctorate thesis was:" The model of Sustainable Development Management System for National Iranian Oil Company(NIOC).I was graduated with a score of 18/41 in 20-point GPA.
