- Handling all issues related to logistics, import, export, customs, production, dispatch and documentation.
- Analyzing data and work performance, and prepare plans for improvements.
- Develop business by gaining new contracts and analyzing logistical problems.
- Support Customs clearing process.
- Monitor quality and efficiency of goods movement, to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Coordinating with sales, procurement, and clients to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
- Coordinating with shipping lines for export and import.
- Coordinating with port control and operations department for billets shipments.
- Arranging road transport/border clearance, for export to GCC countries.
- Receiving, verifying, and approving all Vendor Invoices.
- Liaising with Port/Customs authorities for clearance of cargo.
- Liaising with clearing agents and transporters for customs clearance.
- Coordinating with different departments within the company to work as one team and ensure best results.
- Evaluating employees on monthly basis to encourage them working hard.
