Verifying and checking the planning performed by contractors, ensuring that it is aligned with the integrated planning of the Onshore Site Construction. • Ensuring that all schedules prepared within the Onshore Site Construction Unit and by site contractors are compliant with applied planning methodologies & procedures. • Ensuring the tracking and proper and correct reporting of plans. Analyzing and highlighting the problem areas and proposing solutions. • Updating all plans for monthly reporting. • Planning and assisting in all reporting activities performed within the Onshore Site Construction unit. • Developing, executing and maintaining the reporting procedures, ensuring they are aligned with the corporate reporting. • Maintaining a reporting schedule for the site, ensuring that all data is submitted on time and in the required format. • Compiling reports based on the data collected for internal review and for further submission to management. •
