 Supervising the excavation, carpentry, and reinforcement works .
 experience in foundation works.
 Supervise finishings works and decoration ( paints , gypsum works, electrical works, plumbing, ... etc ).
 Doing daily reports and other field assignments .
 Sort works by priorities, management of the site and the coordination of roles between the workers .
 Make modifications to AutoCAD drawings in case of any sudden changes .
 Dealing with contractors.
 Preparation of Bills and Schedules of Quantities of materials, labour and services required in the construction and equipment of building, or engineering works .
 Preparation and valuation of progress and final payments in connection with any contract or sub-contract .
 Appraisal of the value of proposed constructions or other structures already erected .
 Preparation of specifications when required so to do .
 Acting as arbitrator in cases of dispute in connection with building, or engineering work, when required so to do .
 Giving advise from time to time on cost management, or value management.
