• Responsible for leading the development design of brake system components (friction linings), working collaboratively with designers, purchasing, suppliers, manufacturing, quality, and other key functions
• Coordinate and execute a development and validation test plan across component test lab, dynamometer, and in-vehicle environments
• Conduct design and process reviews with the suppliers to ensure the process is capable of meeting the critical component requirements
• Review performance of Products consistency with TS16949 to develop relationships with executive purchasing engineering levels at strategic customers (FCA, GM, Ford)
• Initiate Action to prevent occurrence on non-conformities relating to the product, process and quality system until the deficiency/conditions are corrected

• Team lead in product development of AIS, ETB systems; Member in Brake and Washer-Wiper systems function analysis and requirements working in conjunction with Core and D&R Engineers
• Project planning to integrate Vehicle Systems into Subsystems and Components level (zip tubes, motors, sensors...) through several design phases to avoid late failure and meet design and logical requirements using FMA tools such as DFMEA, FSMS, E2KS (Design Rules), and DVP&R
• Migrate Data from CATIA into Active workspace (Siemens software), and attended monthly meetings with Chassis teams to pull design rules of Suspension system of F150 trucks
• Test AWS Software, report results to Siemens PLC and provide training to Core Engineers about the FEDE tools via Systems Engineering Principles

Support principal engineers at the power plant during outages, inspect mechanical equipment (boilers/APH/ESP/Fans) safely and report results to the combustion and draft team
•Interface with Suppliers ( EPRI…) to get corresponding design specifications, material requisitions, pressure drop calculations, valve selections, pump/motor/pipe sizing
•Develop a new DSI design with a CFD model to remove toxic gases from flue gas in compliance with environmental and federal regulations (OSHA)
•Measure and optimize the rapper effectiveness of the ESP (Design & flow calculations) to enhance the removal of ash from flue gas flowing out of stack
