•Explore new business opportunities / new projects and provide support in related studies.
•Represent the Company on the board of directors in two of its subsidiaries (Siniora Foods and NAPCO).


•Advisory oversight on strategy implementation and major projects for the Company’s subsidiary National Aluminum and Profile Company(“NAPCO”)
•Helping in strategy development and deployment including the Objectives, goals, strategies and measures(“OGSM”) processes and related General Managers strategy-meetings.
•Serve as director for APIC’s board and its internal control oversight committee

GENERAL MANAGER

Implemented the company objectives, goals, strategies and measures the company turned from operational losses to 30% ROE and a double turnover with a solid organisation by increasing in double digits annually.
Key Achievements:
•Successfully turn around the company results from losses to a 30% rate of profits on equity and delivered annually double digit development in P&G consumer goods despite the severe occupation condition and Intifada unpredictability.
•Developed a compacted institute with cross functional team work, clear performance measures and promoted within based on P&G management systems and determined efficiency of the distribution system through turning the company cash cycle from borrowing to self-generating.
