1. Head of Administrations, logistics, and Human Recourses Division at Mounted Police Command, Zarka- Jordan. February 2005 - October 2010. My responsibilities were included but not limited to the following:
• Analyze Difficulties and generate alternative at mounted police dept.
• Supervise and Control all staff at MPC (Mounted police Command) bout 300 Police Officer
• Provide security Training for staff.
• Represent Mounted MPC in at all meetings within PSD and the other governmental Organization.
• Supervise personnel within command including sick leaves, promotions, daily attendance, annual leave, disciplinary action.
I worked at the beginning of my tour of duty at NPTA (National Police Training Academy) and held the section of capacity building at NPTA, my duties were to observe and to ensure the quality of training provided by international instructors to LNP's (Liberian National Police)
Two months later I was needed with other international police officers to form a new unit which called later QRU (Quick Reaction Unit) from LNP's, this unit duties was to secure the Liberian President. I worked at this project for about 10 months with other 4 International Police Officers, we ran the selection process from LNP's and selected QRU local officers, Location for this new unit, Logistics and all other needed equipment's, curriculum for training...etc.
The JIPTC was established in November 2003 following the invasion of Iraq with the intention of training 32, 000 Iraqi Police Recruits by February 2006, I worked as a senior instructor, my daily work involved teaching a range of subjects including democratic policing, human rights, Iraqi law, gender issue, community policing and practical policing to Iraqi Police Cadets. In addition to my training duties, I was also responsible for dealing with pastoral and welfare issues affecting the Cadets and the maintenance of discipline. I oversaw weekly staged examinations and also assisted with providing weekly remedial training to students who failed staged examinations. During my tour of duty I trained about 500 Iraqi police cadets.
My responsibilities were included but not limited to the following:
• I represented Tafila Police Directorate in all meetings and workshops concerning security, training and Nature Conservation.
• I was Responsible about all field operations within AOR.
• All Security and rescue patrols within AOR were under my supervision.
• I prepared all Operation planes concerning elections, riots, security duties...etc.
• Evaluating the security status with coordinating with other security agencies.
• Responsible about local training issue within Tafila police Directorate.
In the beginning of my tour of duty I worked as an International Civilian Police Patrol Officer for a period of one month then I held the position of Deputy Station Commander for 11 months - Orahovac police Station, 101 International and local police officers were under my supervision, My responsibilities were included but not limited to the following:
• Operational duties such as supervising (patrols, operational planes.. .etc.)
• Administrational duties, such as leaves, paperwork… etc.
• Join Meetings on both levels(UN and local authorities)
• Deputies station commander in his absence
I performed the following duties:
• Deputized station commander in his absence.
• Supervised the welfare of junior officers.
• Community policing.
• Supervise foot patrols within AOR.
• I worked as a rescue police patrol officer
• I worked as Investigator Police Officer
• Admin Police Officer.
• Deputy Chief of training and operations
• Investigating crimes, homicides, thefts, missing persons, domestic violence...etc.
• Attending security meetings with other security agencies.
• Patrol the AOR
, My responsibilities were included but not limited to the following:
• Monitoring and training local Police Station Commanders (Croatian and Serbian Police) in all policing aspects.
• Advising both commanders for the international police standard procedures.
• Monitoring human rights within AOR.
• Arrange and supervise minority family meetings.
• Monitoring Domestic Violence within AOR.
• Conduct regular meetings with both police Commanders.
• Preparing daily, weekly and monthly SITREP’s (Situations Reports) about AOR.
