Organizing, arranging and coordinating meetings
Creating and distributing documents
Sorting and distributing incoming and outgoing post
Handling IT Issue
Recruiting staff;creating person specifications, checking applications, shortlisting and interviewing & selecting candidates
Negotiating with employees and their representatives on issues relating to pay and working conditions
Advising on pay and remuneration issues such as benefits and promotions
Advising company on employment law
Preparing or updating employment records related to hiring, transferring, promoting, and terminating
Processing payroll, which includes ensuring vacation and sick time are tracked in the system
Carrying out disciplinary procedures and handling grievances
Handling MLO, Absher, Muqeem & GOSI Accounts
Liaising with municipality, economic department and any other government departments in relation to Trade Licence/ setting up of new office etc
Keeping abreast with current labour/ immigration laws
Explaining human resources policies, procedures, laws, and standards to new and existing employees
Responding to staff inquiries on visa/labour/passport matters
Directs the preparation and maintenance of reports as are necessary to carry out the function of immigration
Directs the preparation and maintenance with respect to visa documentation related to new starters, leavers, transfers and renewals
Organising attestation of certificates and legal translation of documents and other activities related to immigration and labour
