Tracking employee work hours, updating records when an employee's status changes, answering payroll questions employees have and performing calculations with commissions, bonuses, taxes and other deductions
• Tracking of hours worked by the employees, through Mystro HR & Payroll System (multiple projects)
• Accurate Entry of overtimes, absences, sick leave, vacations etc.; reviewing all datas after the cutoff date, preparing the text/data to be submitted to head office for processing monthly salary
• Adding / registering employees, in Face Reader devices, coordinating with IT department; daily health check of internet connections of the devices, to get the data/attendance accurately
• Monitoring employees, if they are complying with the rules of the company/project in using the attendance system
• Advance preparation of Gate pass applications submitted to Client, and ensure employees are getting the gate pass in time, for them to be able to go to project sites
• Maintains and processes thousands of payroll records and reports for accounting of salary/wages due, accruals, deductions and other payroll functions.
• Maintains various payroll records such as timecard sheets, bank transfer letters, payroll journals; makes required adjustments through established procedure
• Monitors the account distribution of salary and wage payments including correcting prior distributions
• Gathers and analyzes payroll data; makes recommendations and prepares various payroll reports to be submitted to auditor.
• Responds to queries from employees from site such as leave payments, monthly salaries / details etc., using ERP (Oracle Applications)
• Encoding ITEMS to Inventory System (raw materials) withdrawn by the food processing section
• Monitor the stocks and prepares a monthly report for schedule of deliveries
• (POS / Inventory System) inventory monitoring, encoding/backtracking and assisting staffs on branches/stores how to use the system/modules of POS; installations of POS on units to be used on Stores operations; backs up database of servers used on stores
• Networking maintenance; connections on other departments; printer sharing, Assembly / PC troubleshooting / Installations coming from branches or warehouse (hardware/software - Windows 98, 2000, ME, XP, Vista, Win7; Linux-installation)
• Client based; support clients in using the HRMS software, retrieves each data from clients for backup, documentation; prepares documents for presentation.
• Visiting clients for any updates of modules / applications of HRMS
I. Clients* Abenson, Epson, Panasonic, Bounty, Punong Bayan, HBC Inc., PSCO, BAS, Phil AXA (Insurance Firm) etc.
• HRMS professional (ENCODING OF EMPLOYEE FILES in the System), processing of new employee files (ID, Contracts)
• Process ID’s of Old/New Employee’s, and to be distributed to branches nationwide
