• Handling the Direct Carrier Billing (DCB) services with operators in KSA (STC, Zain and Mobily)
• Leading the technical team by designing and developing Payment APIs, SOAP Web Services, Windows Portals, VAS Nodes, HTTP Connections
• Direct Operator Billing (DOB) projects which include:
- Technical integration between Apple, Google, Microsoft, Facebook and all operators in KSA
- Mobile Payment System for clients providing mobile payment services (Boku, Paymentwall, Fortumo, NQMobile, Anghami, …)
• Maintaining the technical relationship with the mobile operators(short codes issuing, connection troubleshooting, system upgrades and new systems integrations)
• Designing and developing subscription engines (C#.net and VB.net), handling all types of Mobile subscription services, content delivery, users and clients management to access and feed services content(SMS/MMS to TV, MMS Gateway, Web Portals, and Subscription Services platforms)
• APIs integration between MT2 and Zain SDP
• Handling all technical integration phases between MT2 and STC SDF system
• Handling all technical integration phases between MT2 and Integral D5 system
• Optimizing existing in-house management interface (review and recode programs for more stability and better performance)
• Translating marketing project requirements into a technical implementation document (Requirements, Architecture/Design, interfaces and APIs)
• Perform daily routine check on services and prepare activity reports (KPIs monitored: Revenues, subscriptions, churn, gross adds)
• Execute User Acceptance Test for new cases based on updated/new features and releases
• Responding to SLA escalations related to VAS products or services (Ensuring problem resolution within the given timeframe)
