Increase organization's effectiveness, efficiency and quality, and enable the organization to achieve its strategic goals by building HR processes, systems, and infrastructure and integrating Human Resources with technology driving greater productivity and business execution.
Responsible for ensuring systems optimal functioning, accuracy in entry and maintenance of all data in the HR systems; and analyzing and prioritizing the system’s needs, and identifying appropriate technical solutions.
Direct the design, selection and implementation or modification of SAP HCM and other HR system solutions.
Serve as project team leader on all HRIS related projects coordinating the activity of internal resources; HR, IT, Finance, Payroll etc. and external consultants
Consults and advises HR General Manager on current and future operational changes with system impacts.
Works with internal Information Technology staff and vendors in the development and management of organizational information and system capabilities.
Collaborate with internal IT teams to explore, prioritize and implement effective and innovative solutions for Group HR.
Provides functional analysis, training and testing of the Human Resources system.
Reviews HR processes for opportunities to automate and makes recommendations to leadership regarding options to implement improvements.
Understand overall business objectives and priorities that demand HR solutions.

Saudi Aramco project named ( Irregular ID )in HR division, Security Applications Department.

Saudi Aramco’s Port Operations Management Solution (POMS) formerly called as E-Pilotage.
Supporting Aramco's employees, vendors and customers with any issues they were facing in SAP transactions.
Projects:
Saudi Aramco’s IT TUR project.
Installing and Maintaining systems, databases, networks and applications.
-Completed a 7-Months training program as part of the university's COOP program.
-I was a member of the HR department and worked as a "Computer Programmer".
-My main task was working on developing and enhancing the HummingBird
Application, which was the system used in HR department.
