- Provide a format to maintain comprehensive record of all project activities including daily work diaries, site orders, site order books, minutes of meetings, survey and design sheets, shop drawings and as built drawings, publications and other documents. Supervise that the documents are correctly maintained by the site engineer staff; provide guidance to them in maintenance of the accurate record.
Supervised the environment and safety activities in all contracts. Ensure site and stockpiles of materials are properly secured, proper un-loading/storage of Construction materials, Proper and regular maintenance and repair of construction machinery, proper transport, handling and disposal of surplus materials and wastes and public awareness activities.
- Develop general health and safety plans based on international standard and local /national regulations or guidelines and Health Check-ups of the workers by using of safety devices such as helmets, safety shoes, hand gloves, and safety goggles ..ect.
- Supervised all training and public awareness activities on environmental, waste disposal and collection, waste treatment and health issues to personal of concerned Government Departments ( Taiz city), schools, institutes, universities, contractors and other stakeholder at varies level( Taiz city).

Preparing Request for Proposals (RFP), ( TOR ) and the processing of evaluation of proposals and quotation analysis; Bid Evaluation of Technical and Financial Proposals Reports and Recommendation for Award of Contracts for consultancy services
