worked in the customer service department whereby I was introduced to wide range of the bank functions. The tasks and duties included the following :
1-Dealing with customers inquiries with regards to loan packages and payments
2-Updating customer's data reports and processing relevant information through the data management system
3-Carrying our relevant tasks related to the Social Housing Finance Scheme
4-Processing money order forms
Apart from that, I was introduced to the operation department where I contributed to the execution of bank related transactions to the clients ( i.e. issuing contracts and agreement letters)
Worked in the call center department for the citizen's complains, citizen's relationship and the
citizen's care.
