• Diesel engines dismantling (KTA50, QSX15, QSL9 & QST30), engine parts inspection, reconditioning of performance parts and pumps calibration.
• Performing diagnostics on engines and inspect the parts and system machinery to determine what service is required, implementing the (GATRR) method for diagnosing the genset issues and monitoring the serviceability of all engine parts.
• Planning and executing for workshop overhauling engines, condition-based maintenance, parts reconditioning tasks and measuring the level of working performance.
• Restructuring the maintenance department, arraigning the facility layout and implementing 5S+1S methodology.
• Handling maintenance department auditing process.
• Computerizing the maintenance management system (ERP Workflow) for preventative, improvement and corrective maintenance, tracking MJOs, spare parts inventory, MRs management, and link the maintenance history of assets equipment on all over the projects.
• Conducting interviews for new maintenance technicians, managing employee training for new recruits over a six-month period and scheduling annual vacations for maintenance teams, tool box talking and developing the working behavior.
• Cross-functional with Yard, Warehouse, Project, Purchase, QHSE and HR departments in implementing across-the-board improvement.

• Installation of production machines with SCHULER, LINSINGER and UHRHAN & SCHWILL companies. (The largest spiral pipe manufacturing line in the Middle East)
• Interpretation of machine drawings, CAD packages and manuals.
• Leading a team of technicians, allocating tasks to meet the required standards and deadlines, evaluating and troubleshooting of ongoing problems and modifying the parts design.
• Working as mechanical commissioning engineer. Calibration and commissioning of the installed production machines, Training operators to run the installed production machines and explaining how to solve the expecting problems during operation.
• Analyzing operational data and equipment performance history to deliver improvements in critical maintenance related metrics.
• Initiating, implementing, and managing the plant maintenance programs based on best practices in the spiral pipes industry, with an emphasis on equipment condition inspections, planning/scheduling, high quality maintenance repairs, and safety, health & environmental policies and procedures.
• Forecasting and strategic planning for system overhauls and upgrades, while taking into account long-term maintenance costs.
• Creating Consumable Items Lists, 8-Hours Chick Lists, Shutdown Plans, Lubrication Plans and Breakdown History for every installed production machines.
