Supervisory

Responsibility:
•Manages all activities related to operations and development of company products by performing the following duties personally or through subordinate supervisors. •Ensure the financial viability and cost structure is regularly analyzed and appropriate measures are taken to monitor and reduce costs in relation to the operations.
•Ensure decisions of the Management Committee are communicated to all levels of the organization and are implemented.
•Chair weekly/monthly Management Team Meetings to ensure close operational management of all activities.
•Monitor the sales budget progress and report on business development plans / activities.
•Capable of identifying costs such as indirect, direct, fixed, variable, capital, etc in order to arrive at the actual unit cost of production for all processes involved in the steel fabrication operations in consultation with Accounts Department so that preparation of estimates for both internal and external clients can be facilitated.
Capable of guiding the team in the preparation of offers quotations to clients, participation in the tenders and following up on enquiries to convert them into work orders.

Responsibility:
• Studying all job workshop drawings and specifications.
•Fulfilling the job production schedule.
•Clearing all claims related to production.
•Satisfying the required Quality of the product.
•Report the Production manager suggestion for machinery development.
•Analyze and ensure clearing all clients complains.
Other duties as assigned by the production manager
with responsibility for managing project operations which include coordination with Operations Manager and Project Managers and Planning Engineers, Engineering management, contracts administration, procurement, and vendor/ customer & consultant's communication.
•Ensure the financial viability and cost structure is regularly analyzed and appropriate measures are taken to monitor and reduce costs in relation to the operations.
•Ensure decisions of the Management Committee are communicated to all levels of the organization and are implemented.

Makes sure that the rules, conventions, procedures, instructions are respected by every person working in the plan
Defines the quantified objectives of the plant and obtains the approval of the General Management
•Familiar with NDT (RT, DPT, MPI, UT etc)
•Experience in all kinds of machines and operations.
•• Manage Methods, techniques, process relevant to engineers by incorporating project management, marketing, budgeting and quality assurance.
•• Responsible to develop and implement plans that will yield continuous operational improvements in terms of quality, on time delivery, profitability, and efficient utilization of the company's physical and human assets.
•• Conduct periodic reviews of operations processes to identify opportunities for improvements. Gather and link information, resolve discrepancies and make strategic recommendations.
•• Technology /Product Research Design and Development.
•Strong at driving efficiency and cost control, including flexibility in utilization of available manpower
•. Responsible for optimum utilization of all resources including financial resources in the best possible manner for achievement of business goals.
Managing Relationships with Clients:
• Maintain strong interaction with clients and ensure that all elements within LMW/HMW/KMW work in a flawless manner in order to fulfill the contractual commitments with clients and for developing new business.
Contract Management/Client Negotiation
• Provide guidance to Design and Project Management In charge (as and when required) on contract administration during the course of the project to ensure that company interests are protected and furthered.
•Maintain control of departments and other costs to minimize company expenses without adversely affecting company standards or service levels.
•Maintain fiscal controls to control cash flow and control borrowings.
•Closely control all management accounts and daily and weekly operating controls.
•Cash flow forecasts and planning to avoid shortage of funds and need for unauthorized borrowings
