1- Responsible for installing all factory equipment according to the layouts prepared by the consultants & manufacturer.
2- Receiving the machines and starting with the installation and supervising commissioning & start-up.
3- Installing all utility machines such as Boilers, chillers, air compressors, water treatment plant and cooling towers.
4- Leading the work team and distributing tasks to each individual according to his experience and specialization to ensure the correct progress of work and direct follow-up on their work.
5- Submit daily and quarterly reports on work progress to senior management.

Producing:
1- Yogurt, chees, shenina (drinking yogurt), by Tetra pack production lines.
2- Making all kinds of juice in glass bottles, metal cans, tetra pack, compiblock, IPI Machines, and plastic PET bottles
3- Working on Krone, KHS, and Ektam filling lines.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Implement the project

•Execute the project according to the project plan.
•Manage, review, and coordinate with all type of activities.
•Lead the team to prioritize signed off project work based on analysis of strategic importance, tasks outstanding, obstacles or barriers, budgets, resources and deadlines.
•Develop and maintain necessary contracting documentation according to the relevant policies and procedures.
•Develop forms and records to document project activities.
•Set up files to ensure that all project information is appropriately documented and secured
•Monitor the progress of the project and make adjustments as necessary to ensure the successful completion of the project
•Establish a communication schedule to update stakeholders including appropriate staff in the organization on the progress of the project
•Review the quality of the work completed with the project team on a regular basis to ensure that it meets the project standards.

Evaluate the project
Ensure that the project deliverables are on time, within budget and at the required level of quality.

DUTY and Responsibilities
• Prepare the annual production plan with the planning, sales and Marketing managements.
•A setting quarterly, monthly and weekly production plans
And follow up the implementation of the plan productivity.
• Coordination between the departments of the factory in order to get a smooth flow of work without problems.
• Follow-up the engineering department and helping to solve the breakdowns of the machines and get the highest efficiency of production.
•Held daily, weekly and monthly meetings with all departments of the plant and discuss the implementation of the production plan to resolve all obstacles that affect production.
•Daily tracking with quality management on maintaining product quality throughout the production period.
•Track sales and returns and contribute to solving the problems that affect the marketing plan and sales.
•Encourage engineering management, production management and support in order to make the necessary modifications to the machines for their product and increase production capacity with maintaining the quality of the product.
