1. Review Contract Documents, Drawings, Specifications and any other tender documentation.
2. Review contractor's Program with regards to the contractor dates for Materials Submittals and Shop Drawings, in
addition to advising the review for any Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) related activity that might have an
impact on the accuracy or efficiency of the submitted program.
3. Liaise with the Design department to review the tender design and provide a professional advice.
4. Review sub-contractor’s pre-qualifications.
5. Review contractor’s material and shop drawing submittals for mechanical works.
6. Ensure that the building services projects are adequately and suitability resourced and managed and all client
requirements are met, i.e. time, cost and quality.
7. Review contractor’s change order proposals and prepare recommendations to PM.
8. Review contractors’ claims related to mechanical works and prepare Recommendations for claims.
9. Review Q.A / Q.C documentation (AUDIT), Method of Statements and Risk Assessments.

10. Supervise the work at site and carry out routine site inspection, issue site instructions and nonconformance
reports (NCR) against un-accepted work.
11. Attend weekly progress / technical meetings.
12. Monitor work progress planned against actual progress at the site.
13. Follow-up local authority's approvals and guidelines.
14. Ensure compliance with all appropriate Health and Safety requirements.
15. Witness testing and commissioning of entire mechanical services (HVAC system, firefighting system, lifts, plumbing
system, swimming pools, fountain, escalators, BMU, BMS, etc.).
16. Review and check as-built drawing, Operation Maintenance manual and other close-out documents.
Review and approve calculations, shop drawings, and ensure its compliance with design requirements, contract requirements, properly coordinated with other disciplines and submitted as per the approved schedules.
Review and approve of Materials, ensuring compliance with contract requirements and submitted as per approved Project Construction schedule..
Review and approval of Method Statement (MS), Quality Control Procedure (QCP) and Inspection & Test Plan (ITP) as submitted by Contractor and ensure its compliance with all contract requirements.
Participate in reviewing Field Design Changes, as submitted by Contractor by giving the technical position addressing any foreseen cost and Time Impact.
Attend Coordination, progress and HSEQ Meetings and raise any concern related to MEP works.
Site supervision for the quality, scope, and schedule, closely monitor inspector/engineer performance and advises the Construction Manager in case of deficiency or poor performance.
Ensure full coordination between all other disciplines / Trades has been carried out for all External and Internal MEP services
Make sure that any non-conformity has been reported through a Non Conformance Report (NCR). And coordinated with the Quality Assurance Engineer.
Evaluate the project deliverables against the project scope and quality baseline and raise up any deviations.
Witness pre-commissioning, TAB, commissioning activities and ensure full compliance with project requirements.
Reviewing the Close Out documents for the project.

Mechanical Engineer is responsible for repairing and installing Chillers, cooling towers, Chilled water piping with all types of fittings and control devices, Air handling units, Fan coil units, Package units, Boilers, water treatment units, Firefighting system installation, all type of pumps, air compressors, water filtration unit & GENSET.
2. GEN PACK.
Responsibilities:
1. Install and repair printing machine. Reset grippers timing, replace cam followers, replace jacket, reset ink rollers, repair perfecting unit.
2. Install and repair offset type Heidelberg machine (Speed Master, G.T.O, and S.Offset).
3. Install and repair gravure type (Lemanic machine Bobst), web type of printing machine And cylinder machine.
4. Install and repair flixo type (all units of Beliomatic machine)
5. Install and repair cutting machine. (Polar115, 92, SEM, Perfecta, 3knife).
6. Install and repair folding machine (Domino, Stahl) .Remove and fix folding rollers. .
7. Install and repair binding machine (Muller Martini, Sulby).
8. Install and repair stitching machine and punching machine
9. Repair hydraulic system (Hydraulic Pumps, Hydraulic Valves, and Hydraulic Cylinder).
10. Repair Air Pneumatic System (Valves, Air Cylinder).
11. Repair and install chillers, air compressor, and generator.
12. Repair package unit, split unit.
