I have been promoted to be Senior Electrical Engineer. I’m leading the Electrical Team within my group. Also, leading all major projects related to Office Services Department in Saudi Aramco.
Role:
I am working for Office Services Department, Saudi Aramco as Project Site Engineer. Managing the electrical work related projects in Saudi Aramco, Dhahran and Dammam area. Once a request is received, I would do a site survey to evaluate the required work and submit the approval, then coordinate with the concerned departments to get the job done. Follow up project status regularly with Utility Department/Contractors and give the needed support. Also, I attend emergency power failure to support in solving the problem with Utility Department and give the require instruction. I supervise shutdown activities to prevent any failure. Review design packages for big projects and submit the approval to design team.
Achievement:
I am the project engineer of Saudi Aramco CEO Office & Main Administration Office. I am handling cooperate level project to replace all lights in Dhahran and Dammam Office areas to LED lights. Team member of Power Conservation Project. I am the representative of Office Services Department in major projects. I have been nominated for Saudi Aramco CEO Excellence Award.
Prepares quotations for received RFQs from customers. Work on the structure of the cable trays and cables. Visit sites for a study if needed. Also, negotiate with customers to finalize the offers. Support Outside Sales Engineers with the technical details. Organizing the received request from customer and keep track of them and make sure nothing stay pending. I was given the lead on sample orders. I am supporting top management to improve the calculation of our quotes.
Generate new business for services department by visiting customers who already have an installed base in their sites of switch gears and protection relays. Selling spare parts & planning maintenance contract. Also, I was working on expansion projects. Submitting commercial and technical offers to customers and follow up with customers to finalize offers.
Electrical Engineer
