• CEO Senior Advisor for Projects Strategy & Planning & Business Development:
This role requires an advanced industry veteran with an extensive track record in conceiving and implementing strategic initiatives within the Petrochemicals, Oil & Gas, Economic Zones, Maritime / Offshore Clusters sectors, and Rails Network, as well as Airports. The incumbent is anticipated to provide profound insights and strategic counsel in alignment with the organization's vision for the successful execution of large-scale EPC projects.
Provide strategic guidance on the integration of shared services across the organization, ensuring alignment with the organization’s vision for project execution excellence, and advise on key performance indicators (KPIs) including efficiency gains in all shared services delivery timelines, cost reductions in operational expenditures, and enhancements in cross-functional collaboration.
Advancement of Royal Commission sustainability, this advanced professional will lead a strategic transformation in collaboration with key stakeholders, including Ministries and Authorities. The objective is to bolster and accelerate the implementation strategy of high-profile projects related to the 2030 Vision in the Petrochemicals and Oil and Gas industries, ensuring their seamless integration into the overarching objectives of mega projects within the Petrochemicals, Oil & Gas industry.
Transform organization key objectives, strategic goals to be aligned & integrated with the 2030 Vision and its Vision Realization Programs (VRPs) via VRO, Transformations, Business Development & Investment, Giga-Projects, Special Economic Zones, rail network, airports, Strategic Warehousing, Petrochemicals, Oil and Gas Supply Chain networking, integrated transportation, and Committee Culture.
Lead the organization transformation to attract global Petrochemicals, Oil & Gas investments that contribute effectively to Saudi’s economy.
Maximize and Elevate the Kingdom’s competitiveness and enable and attract global Petrochemicals and Oil & Gas investments.
Measure the overall operations integration (among internal & External stakeholders) performance to ensure synchronism in operations.

• Engineering & Projects Head
Responsible for all the project stages; initiation, planning, execution, controlling, and closure.
Managed megaproject through contractor and sub-contractors.
Ensure projects are delivered as per the assigned standards.
• Procurement & Tendering Head
Ensuring the synchronism with the ERP (SAP) system
Material planning, and Budgeting (Strategic & Tactic).
Material approvals, purchasing, and delivery.
Analyze inventories to control stock, and maximize capacity.
Point of contact between the supplier and internal end-user.
Vender / supplier proposal evaluations & approvals.
• Maintenance, Repair, and Overhauling (MRO) Head
Manage the workshop MRO for transformers, switchgears, generators, and meters.
Plan, budget the resources required for the MRO workshop.
Ensure smooth process cycle for MRO, from customer request, RFQ, Proposal, completion up to delivery.
Other duties & special assignments
• Energy Performance:
Monitor the energy supply and demand and the future contribution of renewable energy.
Improve the systems (Energy Management System ‘EnMS’), standards, and processes necessary to continually optimize energy performance, including energy efficiency use, and consumption based on systematic, data-driven, and fact-based process.
Convert the energy network to smart grids that analysis itself and redistribute the energy accordingly.
Member of the sustainable energy committees with Saudi Electricity Co (SEC) and Electricity & Cogeneration Regulatory Authority (ECRA).
Member of the Saudi Electricity Co. (the only 4 Geographical Companies providing energy to Saudi Arabia restructuring (re-engineering)/ merging team and studying the impact the company mergers on the diversity, process, people, income and costs.
As per the guidance of ISO:50001, 50002, 50003, 50004, 50006, 50015, 50047.
• Energy Strategic Planning & Risk Management:
Established 1, 5, 10 years network energy plans, taking into consideration the country grow via (populations, economy, industrial, commercial) in addition to the energy consumption vs. energy production periodically, and the impact of transformation into green energy (Solar & Wind).
Set up the road map plan for the energy transformation into green (renewable).
Set up the current energy vs. the future energy need taken into consideration the contribution of the renewable energy in the consumption.
Analyze the energy network periodically to minimize risk and avoid any blackout in the network.
Design network energy distribution master plan vs. the contingency plans for the country to prevent energy stability and ensure zero risks of failures.
Predict, analyze and correct the network failures, and overloads through the proper contingency plans.
Ensure the crude fuel stable supply to ensure the energy continuous production.
Establish, review and update risk assessment procedure ‘Failure Prevention’.
Design the load transfer plan in the network to tolerate maximum consumption at peak time.
Define the availability plan for the strategic & critical material (assets) needed for the energy network to have zero failures and fulfill the 1, 5, 10 plans.
Establish the maintenance systems procedures (predictive, preventive, corrective, ) for the energy network to ensure the high performance of energy in the network.
As per the guidance of ISO: 31000, 55000.
Managing 3 Plants in Saudi Arabia and 1 Plant in China.
Preparing the new set up of the business JV with the Chinese company.
Set up a plan for the new JV to be executed.
Providing Board with the strategic plans and a quarterly progress report.
Give the hands to the team to execute the approved business plan and monitor business plan progress.
Preparing /Processing the Saudi Industrial Development Fund (SIDF) loan.
Restructuring the business as per international standards
To implement the strategic goals and objectives of the organization
Enable the Board to fulfill its governance function.
Give direction and leadership toward the achievement of the organization's philosophy, mission, strategy, and its annual goals and objectives
Monitoring the business through indicators such as KPI.

Understand the financial tools and resource available to the firm and chalk out a plan that effectively meets the requirements of the Company .

• Industrial Manager
Participated in both manufacturing and projects business units. Some of the responsibilities:
Manage & bridging the gap between manufacturing & projects.
Managing and supervising all the project stages starting from the project initiation, planning, execution, performance up to the closing taking into considerations the ISO:21500 and the KPIs measurements.
Plan and Coordinate with the manufacturing to supply the projects with the required material included but not limited to; switchgears, transformers, RMUs, protections systems, and GIS in all levels of voltages (LV, MV, HV, and EHV) as per customer requirements.
Ensuring the supply of the energy equipment to be delivered from the manufacturing business unit to the customer site.
Participated in several projects as a project manager with ARAMCO, SEC, Sabic, SWCC, Royal Commission, and Dammam Sea Port.
Managed production of medium voltage switchgears and transformers.
