• Energy Strategic Planning & Risk Management:
 Established 1, 5, 10 years network energy plans, taking into consideration the country grow via (populations, economy, industrial, commercial) in addition to the energy consumption vs. energy production periodically, and the impact of transformation into green energy (Solar & Wind).
 Set up the road map plan for the energy transformation into green (renewable).
 Set up the current energy vs. the future energy need taken into consideration the contribution of the renewable energy in the consumption.
 Analyze the energy network periodically to minimize risk and avoid any blackout in the network.
 Design network energy distribution master plan vs. the contingency plans for the country to prevent energy stability and ensure zero risks of failures.
 Predict, analyze and correct the network failures, and overloads through the proper contingency plans.
 Ensure the crude fuel stable supply to ensure the energy continuous production.
 Establish, review and update risk assessment procedure ‘Failure Prevention’.
 Design the load transfer plan in the network to tolerate maximum consumption at peak time.
 Define the availability plan for the strategic & critical material (assets) needed for the energy network to have zero failures and fulfill the 1, 5, 10 plans.
 Establish the maintenance systems procedures (predictive, preventive, corrective, ) for the energy network to ensure the high performance of energy in the network.
