Provide strategic leadership and direction through the development
and management of long and short-range goals, processes, strategies,
forecasts, budgets, and policies for Logging While Drilling and RSS
production and repair. The job function includes but not limited to:
• Building, managing, and supervising multi-disciplinary teams,
including; setting goals, appraising performance; rewarding and
disciplining employees, in accordance with the Company's
policies, procedures, and code of conduct.
• Addressing personnel complaints and resolving problems.
• Planning, assigning and directing team objectives.
• Interviewing, staffing, hiring and training employees.
• Production delivery, team output, planning, quality, safety,
administration, and financial performance.
• Adherence to safety standards with Company HSE policies.
• Applying logic to solve problems with effective solution
