Responsibilities:
- Handling all the employees’ compensation and benefits
- Responsible for all the governmental website such as Qiwa, Muqeem, Saudi Labor,
Taqat, Riyadh Chamber, Mudad, Enjaz,
- Choosing the best source according to the job type, screening, interviewing and recruiting applicants
- Making job description, employees surveys
- Handling all the medical insurance process, addition, deletion and promotion classes
- Providing outsourcing and operation services for the governmental projects and handling
all the projects needs and requirements
- Working on the SCE Saudi percentage, Netaqat and Saudization
- Making and designing templates, letters for the employees
- Event organizing, HR announcements and designing forms such as, invitations, circulars
- Onboarding; starting from the job posting.
- Running the monthly salaries, and check them out with the projects managers, each
- PM; Using the graphic rating scale and provide the scorecards to the sections managers
- Weekly & monthly reports
- Making needs analysis for the department’s employees needs and weaknesses to provide the suitable training.
