The basic duties of an HR department and running a middle sized company of 310 staff. Family owned and a
temporary transit until market picks up.
Achievements:
One of the best achievements was upgrading the competencies of most of the operational staff. They had been
stagnant with no training or development to motivate them for more than 2-3 years.
To handle all functions and issues from customers calling related to ticketing. This included customer complaints,
checking of tickets, changing date, RBD upsell, handling skywards customers, etc.
Achievements:
One of the few who passed the upskill exams/test. At an early stage started to flag process improvement issues.
Never received a complaint from a calling customer/passenger. Quick to learn fare and fare conditions. Found a
special interest in revenue optimization through working on MARS and personal learning. Worked in staff travel
for six months (secondment)
