• Handling our subcontractor to finish other jobs.
• Handling the PT Cash of the after-sales department.
• Handling the overtime sheet for our technicians.
• Dealing with customers either unitary or applied.
• I have knowledge of the A/C equipment chillers, AHU, SPLIT, CONCEALED, FAN COI, Package units.
• Prepare a report showing most parts we replaced monthly.
• I have knowledge in spare parts items.
• Handling all the eastern province calls & commissioning & startup.
• Familiar with Carel controller.
• Planning and undertaking scheduled maintenance.
• Responding to breakdowns.
• Diagnosing faults.
• Supervising engineering and technical staff.
• Managing budgets.
• Creating maintenance procedure.
• Create and put into action plans to meet the annual income objective for Three years. target: 3, 000, 000
SAR/Year.
• Good knowledge of selling chillers, air handling units, split units, package units for applied and oil& gas.
• Develop assistance for design and specification.
• Answer questions about service outcomes, schedule and book appointments, vehicle drop-off and
vehicle pick-up.
• Provide customers with information and advice on warranty protections, potential cost savings and
the advantages of trading in versus fixing their car.
• Manage and oversee the dealership’s workflow and schedule.
• Call customers to advise them about service changes or car pick-up times.
• Maintain positive customer relationships to ensure repeat business.
