•Identify and manage asset reliability risks that could adversely affect plant or business operations.
•In full partnership with the operations team, develop a plan to eliminate or reduce the losses through root causes analysis, obtains approval of the plan and facilitates the implementation.
•Manage risk to the achievement of an organization’s strategic objectives in the areas of environmental health and safety, asset capability, quality and production.
•Guide efforts to ensure reliability and maintainability of equipment, processes, utilities, facilities, controls, and safety/security systems.
•Professionally and systematically defines designs, develops, monitors and refines an Asset Maintenance Plan.
•Work with Production to perform analyses of assets including:
Asset Utilization, Overall Equipment Effectiveness, Remaining useful life, Operating condition, reliability and costs of assets.
1-Manage the scope of work for a new project and identify the level of resources required to operate them.
2-Ensure that all cost, planning and document control reports are prepared and issued in accordance with the Project coordination procedure.
3-Supervising the Scope of Work for Periodic Maintenance (ROH and RAV), then supervising of that including :
• Managing work schedules and ordering parts and equipment
• Recording daily maintenance activity
• Contacting service providers and contractors
1-Manage all requirements in order to Upkeep and maintain of the facility, including machines, mechanical systems, buildings and other structures.
2-Design maintenance programs including adhering to safety regulations, assessing risks and managing expenditure and budgets.
Preparation of studies and preliminary reports required for a new project
•Participating in the designing of a new project

•Doing all the technical and administrative procedures for collecting, organizing and keeping technical information, documents and drawings

These responsibilities include the main and auxiliary machinery, engines, air compressors, automatic and remote control systems, hydraulics, air conditioning and refrigeration, ventilation systems and electrical power generation and conversion equipment. Engineering officer is heavily involved with resource management, assigning and scheduling personnel, assets management, equipment and finances to the task at hand.
