1. Prepare and implement effective HR policies and management processes.
2. Managing all HR & GR functions, recruitment, performance management, employee
relations, benefits and compensation.
3. Lead HR operation services such as employee on-boarding, orientation, exit process and
documents completion, employee relation clusters.
4. Assist Senior Management and leadership with strategic planning for known and potential
regulatory activities related to business and industry.
5. Build and maintains professional relationship with members of local government entities and
agencies.
6. Oversee and manage a liaison program between the organization and legislative entities.
In conjunction with other members of the HR department provide advice on the
interpretation of the organization & the HR policies, procedures, guidelines, and employee
relations issues to staff and management.
7. Interduce legislative and public policy changes that will support company operation.
8. Identify short-term and long-term hiring needs.
9. Determine training plans per employee and department.
10. Prepare and manage division’s budget.
11. Provide guidance to supervisors as they complete competency appraisals evaluations, help
supervisors find effective coaching methods that work for specific issues including identifying
areas of poor performance and assisting supervisors to establish plans for improving performance
12. Track hiring KPIs and recommend improvements when required.

13. Develop a positive and attractive environment.
14. Ensure the human resource legal compliance is well managed and make sure all of the policies are in
line with the Saudi Labor Law.
15. Coordinate with division managers in defining training and development needs for each department.
16. Conducts the exit interview with resigned employees and presents feedback reports to executive
managements.
