Handle RIS-PACS all related IT systems and services (servers, workstations, software and etc). In addition, act as a business communication channel between customers (hospitals) and GE HealthCare Management for any further requests or additional support requests uncovered in my tasks.
This has been an internship program. Activities varied between observing Riyad Bank's IT hardware and software configurations that do not comply with the rules and regulations of SAMA (Saudi Arabian Monetary Agency). And performing clerical and managerial projects within the Compliance department working environment. I have passed this internship program and, with it, graduated with a master degree program in IT from Loyola University Chicago.
this period has witnessed a massive unemployement rate in Saudi Arabia, I had to work at a local PC store building and fixing computers.
MBS (Mena Business Services) is a Sub-Contractor for Saudi Aramco which holds all the support operations for any IT related tasks by remotely troubleshooting Aramco worker's office computers, help them with SAP system, and so on.
I was exposed to do everything but IT.
This particular field of major tends to expose IT students to extensive practical projects related to plenty of IT majors such as Database mining/Programming, as well as OOPLs. In addition, other crucial trainings in management have been conducted pretty extensively in Project managements (i.e: Management of Services Operations and practical IT project management). Also, there are other practical courses that conducted actual scenarios of dealing with network intrusion detection and prevention.
Ahlia University is a well reputable university that is in association with Brunel University in UK. My goal at Ahlia university is to gather up as much knowledge as possible in the least time possible. Therefore, i managed to keep up my GPA very high and got qualified to be honored every semester.
