I am a highly motivated and self-driven professional with over 5 years of experience in process engineering within the medical devices
sector, specifically at Johnson & Johnson Vision Care in Ireland. My background includes being an integral part of, and leading,
various process qualifications to establish reliable manufacturing platforms. I possess a strong skill set in statistical engineering, data
analysis, and Lean methodology, complemented by my experience in project management, root cause analysis, continuous
improvement, and process validation. Currently, I am applying my expertise as a Process and Planning Engineer in the plastic pipe
industry, where I continue to focus on sustaining and enhancing engineering projects.

Worked as a process engineer within the largest contact lenses production company worldwide that is fully automated manufacturing
platform for grade II (daily disposable contact lenses) and grade III medical devices (extended wear contact lenses). Capable of
prioritizing tasks as a team member and lead of multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Some examples of projects worked
on include new line installations and qualifications, process improvements and daily operational yield support.
One of the key project in 2023 is Technology Transfer for the New Product Introduction (NPI) product ''Intraocular Lenses (IOL’s)''
from Johnson and Johnson Surgical Vision Groningen in the Netherlands to Johnson and Johnson Vision Care Limerick in Ireland

• Early-stage process mapping of new factory including Quality, Supply and Operations.
