The primary responsibilities are to Supervise & Lead the Customer Relationship
Management Function for the Procurement & Supply Chain Management sector for the
Saudi Aramco on Operational & Strategic inquires.
Job responsibilities include:
1. Manage & Lead CRM Agents
2. Identify & Analyze customers pain area
3. Conduct Root Cause Analysis
4. Conduct Performance Review with the Stakeholders
5. Plan/Conduct periodic Customer Focus Meetings for Strategic Action Plans
6. Responsible for managing, analyzing and interpreting data to provide insight and
support strategic business decisions.
7. Strategically plan, execute and assess the performance of individual CRM
programs strategy within the internal teams.
8. Responsible for distribution of required reports from the CRM Database Solution.
Play a key role in ensuring projects meet objectives on time and on budget by increasing employee adoption and usage. Focus on the people side of change, including changes to business processes, systems and technology, job roles and organization structures. The primary responsibility are creating and implementing change management strategies and plans that maximize employee adoption and usage and minimize resistance.

The primary responsibilities are performing, analyzing and providing project analysis and support to the entire project team. Also, few tasks requiring critical decision making skills.
Project analyst job responsibilities include:
•Creating, managing and disbursing reports related to the project
•Maintaining project assets, communications and related database(s)
•Evaluating and monitoring the overall project
•Reviewing and reporting the project’s budget and finances
•Routinely performing complete or component analysis
•Notifying the entire project team about abnormalities or variances
Rectify organizational information complications and requirements by analyzing requirements and systems processes; designing systems; recommending system controls, protocols and KPIs. Responsible for handling needs assessments and cost/benefit analysis to align the technology with the business strategies.
Principal Duties:
1. Identify and assess organizational needs to establish robust operating procedural standards, liaising with senior management in order to establish IT objectives in line with business needs, and provide cost/benefit analysis

9. Prepares and delivers business and technology proposals to senior management.
1. Lead and manage all IT equipment Infrastructure and Management functions including: Backup Management, project management of concepts pertaining to LAN, WAN, LAN Network Security, Storage Area Networks, Network operating systems, networking devices administration and Maintenance in multi-platform environments.
2. Manage and administer the SAP Role Authorizations to the employees to access and utilize SAP Front End Application Systems.
3. Control the IT Assets Inventory "Replenishment, Removal or Replacement".
4. Troubleshoot any SAP failures and LAN/WAN Connectivity issues and escalate
them to the proper organization in or out of the company once required.
5. Analyze SAP Transactions for improvement and enhancement.

ô° - Windows 2008 Group Policies
ô° - Windows 2008 Enterprise servers and configured as Domain Controller
By using SAP Front End Application in congestion with Microsoft Excel & Microsoft Access the below functions are being handled:-
1. Compiles data and computes statistics for use in business and operating plans, accountability and MIS reports, special
projects or for other managerial or professional support
purposes.
2. Prepares reports presenting statistical information and
findings. May also prepare reports on source material and
supply factual information to assist in the interpretation of
the statistical information compiled.
3. Prepares tables, indices, charts, graphs and other visual
aides for use in statistical presentations.
4. Provides work direction to lower classified statistical
assistants and clerks as required.
MSc. in Software Engineering Management is a combination between Management and Software Engineering which empowers the knowledge of both sectors to manage, analyze and enhance software or systems in general and how to manage a group of developers. It goes also in defining the Management principles and methodologies which expands the knowledge of the Management concepts and theories.
