• Compensation and benefits administration
• Administer employee lifecycle- hiring, transfers, promotions, terminations
• Informing job applicants of job duties, responsibilities, benefits, schedules, working conditions, promotion opportunities, etc.
• HR annual projects
• Assist in the planning and execution of various HR initiatives.
• Organize staff training sessions, workshops, and activities.
• Facilitate the effective resolution of day to day HR matters
• Providing support in new initiatives in the work environment.
• Audit timekeeping system and payroll data.
• Responsible for processing termination and conducting exit interviews
• Well verse in Oracle system (HR module).

• Prepare HR reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends

• Working on government websites such as Saudi Labor, GOSI, Tamm and Muqeem website.
• Ensure that all the associates are followed human resources policies, procedures, laws, and standards
• Formal performance appraisal
• Addressing any employment relations issues, such as work complaints and harassment allegations
• Keeps records of attendance including vacation, sick leave and leave of absence.
• Address issues and questions regarding payroll from employees and superiors
• Prepare reports for upper management, finance department etc.
• Drafting Job contract, offers and other letters
• Responsible for the issuance of work permit and Ensuring iqama are renewed 6 months before expiration date.
• Handling Medical Insurance.
• Great organizational skills in handling confidential personnel files.
