• Handling Medical Insurance.
• Great organizational skills in handling confidential personnel files.
• Preparation of staff salaries, calculate monthly dues, holidays and the end of service benefits of employees.
• Ensuring that the policies and procedures are followed by all employees at all times.
• Compiling reports and spreadsheets and preparing spreadsheets
• Performs recruitment activities, interviews, and evaluates candidates for selected positions at headquarters.
• Organizing personnel files.
• Administer the PDP process.
• Administer appraisals of all employees.
• Drafting certificates for employees.
