Study the inquiries/Tenders to determine the SOW and BOM .
Raise clarifications, attend job-ex meeting and do workshop visits.
Coordinates with Procurement Department in sourcing Material quotations.
Carry out cost estimation .

Revise questions/Offers as per actual and or additional work done .
