During this period I worked in various projects with different experiences, I was involved in
All phases of the project as following:
• Storage Tank construction and inspection activities like welding, dimensional, plumpness, pneumatic, tank settlement.
• Equipments installation and piping fabrication and installation
• Documnsts review of piping drawings, WPS, PQR, and welders JCC cards.
hydrotest package, WRR & weld summary
• Hydrotest inspection activities for valves, safety relief valves, piping spools, and pipelines.
• Mechanical inspection consists of tasks such as piping layout, alignment, installation, valve installation and bolt torquing.
Assigned at Dhahran Expand Community Project:
Inspection and verification of material in accordance with Aramco specifications, issuance of job clearance cards (JCC), monitoring the welding activities.
Supervision of the quality team, Issuing the mill sheet certificates and inspection reports, renewing the calibration certificates for various devices and measurement tools, coordinating with the third-party inspection for inspection activities as per the approved ITP; witnessing and observing the activities of the hydrostatic test, leak test, PT application, welding fit-up, and visual inspection.
Supervision of the quality team, monitoring and observing the product according to the approved procedures and monitoring the repair procedures as per API 5L 54, requalification and issuing new WPS and PQR, reviewing the daily reports like destructive test results, nondestructive test results, and RT films for the product, and coordinating and witnessing the inspection activities with the third party inspection according to the approved ITP, such as pipe physical condition, hydrostatic test, and sizes and dimensions of the pipes.
During the above mentioned period, I was involved in the following activities:
• Review and inspect the Fabrication drawings, Weld map, WPS and PQR, NDE procedure, and Personnel Certification.
• Inspection of Welding activities and Installation of Spools.
• Inspection of Static Equipment and review of the hydrotest package
