Ensure the company are following the government roles for meeting the Saudization percentage set by the government.
•Overall responsibility on the daily administrative and operational activities on the start up of the eastern province projects.
•Supervise the daily routine work of the Government Relations Department and ensuring that each executes his daily assignment professionally and on timely basis.
•Develops excellent relations with the Passports Department, Labour Office, Civil defence, Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Municipality to ensure updated information about new regulations.
•Liaises with the Ministries and other government entities to resolve issues related to obtaining Saudization Certificates, Company registration certificates, registration with the Chamber of Commerce, etc.
•Controls the in and out and the safe custody of the employees' passports and Iqamas.
•Oversees employee notification in ample time of iqama near expiry and taking action.
•Ensures that Iqamas & work permits issued, renewed, and cancelled on time to avoid imposing fines on the company.
•Keep an update on government regulations and statutory requirements and determine their impact on the company.
•Prepares visas files & following up with Labor Office until obtaining the visas. Ensures dully signed passport form while releasing employees' passports & keeping following up with employees until passports are restored again.
Managed administration activities of multiple project sites.
•Maintained proper discipline at all sites, Control Manpower and Labor affairs at site.
•Developed and Implement procedure to ensure daily site attendance at all project sites.
•Managed and arrange appropriate Camps/Accommodation facilities at all project sites.
•Managed and arrange appropriate Transportation facilities at all project sites.
•Ensured site facilities for newly awarded projects.
•Ensured site security for all projects sites to ensure safety of all assets at sites.
•Optimum utilization of Camps and Transportation at sites.
•Supervised repair & maintenance activities of buildings, furniture, fixtures, or equipment.
•Controlled daily time sheet to ensure timely preparation of Payroll.
•Responsible for timely mobilization and demobilization of resources/equipment’s at all project sites as per deployment plan.

•Ensure smooth and peaceful working environment at sites by strict compliance of Saudi labor law and policies. Ensure wellbeing of employees at project sites.
Identified, develops and maintains relationships with required departments within the ministries or offices of Labor, Immigration, Municipality, Public Works, Civil Defense, Etisalat, Water and Electricity, Chamber(s) of Commerce, Health, Oil Field Security, Traffic and Licensing, and Planning so that any government-related transactions for the firm and its employees are completed in a timely and appropriate manner.
•Arranged and prepares all necessary documents, copies, charts, and drawings to present to the government for approval.
•Obtained approval from the relevant authorities and processes documents for new, re-hired, and terminated employees including issuance of labor guarantees, labor cards, health cards, and contracts.
•Coordinated with appropriate agency for arrangement of labor inspections. Checks for anomalies in the labor list and provide appropriate information and documentation to rectify discrepancies.
•Prepared and presented required documents to obtain, renew, and cancel entry permits (e.g., transit, visit, employment, group, and residence) for firm employees and their immediate family members.
•Coordinated obtaining foreign visas for employees travelling on business trips.
