Position Overview : Working with Saudi Aramco Project Management Team (PMT)
within the Onshore Maintain Potential Projects Department (OMPPD).
Job Responsibilities;
- Managing the Contractor on a day to day basis.
- Executing and managing all the Contractors Contractual Obligations.
- Participating in weekly Contractors Meetings, highlighting various issues and possible solutions.
- Participating with the design review and resolution of various design orientated issues.
- Managing Project Management Team with respect to Labor & Resources.
- Management of Project Costs using appropriate Cost Control Programs (Workbench).
- Organizing the day to day operations of the project.
- Controlling the overall Quality Assurance and Occupational Health & Safety for the Project.
- Managing the Quality Control as well as participating in the resolution all quality control issues.
- Generating Inspection and Testing Plans (ITP’s) for the Project Works.
- Reviewing and selecting suitable Contractors for various contract works.
- Administering and Executing Contracts and Subcontract Agreements.
- Review and implementation of various Construction Drawings.
- Interpretation of Design Calculations and Drawings
- Solving various On-Site Design Issues.
- Delivering the Project on Time and Budget to the Client.
- Ensuring that all works are completed in accordance with the relevant codes, standards and legislations.
- Programming the Sequence of Works to Complete the Project Safely, Effectively & Efficiently.
Initiating and Updating the Project Program / Schedule on a weekly basis.
- Assessing and approving any variations / change orders set forth by Contractors.

Work with Saudi Aramco PID which is responsible for quality monitoring and control all stages of
construction and pre-commissioning up to final acceptance, to ensure compliance with applicable standards and
project specifications.
- Covering and control Mechanical inspection work in the Water (WIP), Oil and Gas well (KHAFF AND
JUFF GAS) maintain potential project from the material receiving, installation and testing.
- Inspection works review of the issue for constriction IFC Drawing.
- Provide quality assurance and ensure all works are inspected as per accepted international standard (ASME,
API ) and Saudi Aramco Standard.
- Responsible for rising violation, proactive and NCR (non-conformance report).
- Covering the Mechanical activity (Welding, Pressure test, Coating…..etc.).
