- Periodically review organization’s EHSS Policy and procedures
- Provide advice, leadership and directions on all aspects of EHS to departments
- Continue to develop, implement and manage the EHS management system which includes ISO 14000 and OHSAS 18001 systems
- Monitor and manage EHS performances, conduct site audits and ensure identified actions are taken
- Provide training to employees on EHS topics and responsibilities
- Liaise with local authorities and agencies on EHS matters
- Conduct risk assessment to identify, evaluate and control hazards and risk associated with business processes
- Facilitate incident investigations and monitor corrective/preventive measures
- To assist Developing the HSE Management System of the Company and to ensure its implementation
- To act as the focal point for the project's HSE activities and represent the Company to the client in the absence of Project HSE Personnel
- To conduct / participate in HSE audits
- To provide trainings to workers on HSE related subjects in incident prevention
- To conduct incident investigations and identify root causes
- To assist / develop safety training programs.
- Maintain HSE policies and procedures
- Coordinate and perform regular/documented site audits and inspections
- Maintain HSE records
- Identify and correct hazards in work locations
- Ensure that employees receive adequate safety training.
- Provide coaching to field/petrol stations workers and supervisors
