Key Responsibilities
● Manage the program warehouses stock process Receiving, Put-away, Picking,
Packing, Dispatching, Returns, Reporting.
● Completes and files accurate and up-to-date logistics documents, incl. Goods
received notes (GRN), Stock request forms, Waybills, Loss & Damage reports, and
Stock reports.
● Prepare and complete daily/weekly / monthly warehouse reporting
requirements.
● Request incentive laborers upon the site's needs, hire, train, and supervise.
● Coordinate with the fleet team and follow up on vehicle requisitions according to
the unit's daily/ weekly needs.
● Participate with maintenance teams for planning and developing the structures
of the compounds and follow up on maintenance requests promptly.
● Conduct meetings with the procurement team and prepare the program
commodities, supplies, and services requisition.
● Support the program officers in delivering quality servicing of facilities sites,
offices, and other compound areas.
● Manage support unit team's duties, evaluate and empower their skills.

● Established a new work unit (Support Unit) specialized in managing shelter
program warehouses and logistical affairs.
● Created SOPs, regulations, and working mechanisms for the support unit.
● Developed new methods that enhanced the reporting mechanism.
● Automated the unit's daily tasks and reports by using online services Google
Drive/ Microsoft Office 365 and android/apple applications
● Combined several activities and tasks to reduce multiple staff efforts to be
achieved.

Managed multinational teams with over 10 essential staff members and 94
laborers in 8 different areas.

● Responsible for the liaison with the project community and the maintenance of
good relations with the project communities and other stakeholders.
