As the WV focal point in the camp, I was responsible for managing the operational side of the project which included the production and distribution of around 17, 200 meals on average to 27 schools every day as part of the school feeding project with WFP.
We managed to reduce the production time from 11 hrs to 8 hrs in two months, which fast-tracked the packaging and distribution time, reduce the waste by 60%, and with a satisfaction rate of 93.5% by the end of the first semester.
Managed 18 WV and 8 driver schedules and an operations budget of 1.2M.
Create and monitor the project plan and timeline to keep it running smoothly.

Supervise the Filling and Delivery of water from the Ruwayshed water
treatment plant and to the camps at borders and ensure clean water is

Provide a daily written report on the Water treatment plant status
including RO system, tank capacity, and expected production.
Observe and report all water quality tests to ensure that it meets
minimum standards and adheres to global WASH standards such as
sphere standard, and WHO guidelines.
Provide ongoing, regular technical support to implementing partners to
ensure that WASH activities are completed promptly.
