• Export & Import duties
• Shipments Preparations & Follow-up
• Custom Duties follow up (Temporary Admission procedure)
• Supervision of in and out materials.
• Controlling the minimum stock level
• Safety Officer: Safety procedures follow-up.
Preparing a pin card for each type of raw materials.
Material Control with regard to cost control programs.
Issuing daily material Stock Balance for Raw materials, WIP & Finished goods quantities
Maintain all materials with regard to safety and fire prevention.
Job Responsibilities
• Follow-up of in & out materials according to Pin Cards records.
• Custom Duties follow up
• Checking of Material Requirements planning (MRP).
