Managing E-Learning Project
Coordinating the educational project in Balanced Matrix organization as a national branch of international Competitions Projects or talented student discovering project. Involving in that coordinating Internal departments and external contractors.
Establishing ICDL Test and Training Center by providing the needed equipment and expertise for both Training and Testing and Manage the Test from all sides and providing the Certificates.
Building educational system for the 1st year student in Tabuk university which work parallel with the students, Tutors, curriculums and Facility Management to submit it at the end of the project as a full prepared System with graduated students and trained teachers' that was the goal of the project.
Maximizing the Efficiency of the studios by building reservation system start with studying the expectations of stakeholders(owners, crews, guests, viewers, …) and to decrease the bottlenecks in the schedule of the studios and the crew
A unique project because no similar projects in the region about 1 coat cement for walls covering in the Kingdom
The Rovers goal is to Train and educate the student to be Leaders, they were 290 Student. The project
contain Three main deliverables:
1-Reciving the new students and Outreach them about everything inside the university as "mentors' .
2- Plane and Organize the University events for the 1st and 2nd semester.
3- Take the Rovers to Alhajj to serve the pilgrims as volunteers as practical Training.
4- Make the 3level leadership Studies.
5- graduate the Scout Leaders at end of the year.
ALR.R.S.O decide that they must use Computerized System and ask me to do that I divide it into Five
deliverables:
1-Find what are the customer needs
2-Updating the Old Offers from the other R.S.O
3-Find out what are the Primer and other keys of the database
4-inter all offers from inside & outside the organization in MS Accesses 2003
5-Test the database with chosen Sample.
