specified a balance-check rule, and drove the code-level fix that removed repeated manual database intervention.
• Reduced paid identity verification calls via multi-layer national ID validation (format rules + Luhn-algorithm pre-check), and eliminated
duplicate-order corruption with a database constraint.
• Corrected critical investor reporting metrics (total net asset, total investments) and built executive KPI dashboards across onboarding,
verification, deposits, wallets, and investor activity.
• Owned Plotline (in-app engagement platform) end-to-end — configuration, user segmentation (active/idle/invested), campaign
