Seeking to achieve customer satisfaction in many ways via my current assignment which is not limited to:
- Ensuring to providing as accurate quality service regarding maintenance, personnel, training and development with quality control as possible.
- Inspection to providing a healthy environment especially in food service field.
- Participation in public relations related to one of Saudi Aramco's biggest current community projects.
- Coordination with responsible units as an end user to make sure that minor jobs gets done.
- Monitoring contractors' services and coordinating with all to make sure they provide a highly quality guaranteed services within their specialty fields to Saudi Aramco.

- Confronting customers.
- Business development process.
- Sales.
- Updating products information, records, and ensuring a convenient arrangements with customers.

Unfortunately that I was in the department of loans, many information got to be classified. However, I managed my way to learning the dealing the business relations with other companies who are dealing with the same bank.
I also managed to get to needed information with efforts to achievement an excellent academic improvement where it is my first time to being involved in an academic-career course.
