I am working as a mechanical engineer in the project of Amalaa Stuff Village and Hospital.
I am reviewing drawings, method statements of installations, method statements of testing and commissioning, material submittals, pre-qualifications, and other documents.
In addition, I follow up progress in the site and inspect materials, installations, and testing and commissioning in the site.

I’m working as testing and commissioning engineer in the project of King Faisal Air Academy (KFAA) in Al Majmaah, following up installation works and tests of mechanical systems in 16 buildings in the project.
I’m preparing reports about progress and mistakes of works for managers, and after subcontractors finish installation works, I follow documents submitting and make internal tests for systems.
When the internal tests pass, I coordinate with engineers of consultant office to make inspection and test with them.

I was working as a site mechanical engineer in the project of NEOM hospital, responsible for following up mechanical installations and testing works of subcontractors, preparing daily reports for managers about progress and mistakes of works, and coordinating with ither departments and subcontractors engineers.

I was working as a manager of maintenance department which includes MEP maintenance teams, and fire fighting and fire alarm system’s maintenance teams.
I was distributing tasks between engineers and technecians, and continued leading fire fighting maintenance teams.
Negotiations with clients about conditions and prices of contracts were part of my job.
I was managing inspection visits for civil defense to hotels and negotiate with them about their notes.
Due to COVID-19, all contracted hotels closed and revenues became zero, but after pandemic, I reduced costs and increased revenues until we got profit range just like it was before the pandemic.

I was working as a maintenance mechanical engineer, leading a maintenance team, our job was to check, inspect, make maintenance work, and test fire fighting and fire alarm systems in hotels.
I was distributing tasks between engineers and technecians, controling emergency cases, and preparing reports for civil defense.
