Responsibilities:
- Overseeing all technology operations, infrastructure, applications, ERP and evaluating them according to established goals.
- Devising and establishing IT policies and systems to support the implementation of strategies set by upper management.
- Analyze the business requirements of all departments to determine their technology needs.
- Identify the need for upgrades, configurations or new systems and report to upper management.
- Assist in building relationships with vendors and creating cost-efficient contracts.
- Manage IT staff by recruiting, training and coaching employees, communicating job expectations and appraising their performance.
- Ensure security of data, network access and backup systems.

Managing network & Security infrastructure for United Matbouli Group for Home appliances, Matbouli for Sound and Communication, Future Modern Products known as FMP, Technical Service and Maintenance, and Electrostores . Leading projects related. Preparing documentations, reporting, and budgeting for the current and running projects. Lead the negotiating with different partners and vendors and conducting work sessions and POC's. Putting the recommendations and best practices for the related areas. Working with data center and system teams for related projects and involving on the other IT ears projects.

Handling and managing Cisco WLC and Access point in Central and distribution scenario.
Handling and managing PaloAlto PA 3020 firewall as an edge, as well as SonicWall NSA 6500 as a VPN edge for all the stores implemented with SonicWall TZ 205.
Handling and managing SonicWall UMA EM5000, for managing all SonicWall TZ 205 firewalls in the branches.
Handling and managing Riverbed CX5055 for WAN optimization.
Handling and managing BlueCoat SG600 for internet proxy.
Responsible for Incident Management.
Analyzing Repeat call Incidents and taking proper actions.
Handling escalation calls, which are coming from L1 team and leading monitoring team.
