Finishing Construction Manager
Project : Government complex project at the Royal Commission in Yanbu :
• study and analysis of All drawings and technical specifications as well as the BOQ
• Technical Submittals To consultant in order to Approvals for materials and
suppliers.
• receive and inspect material and follow up on discrepancies. 8-coordinate
with consultant to obtain approval for completed works ready for inspection.
• Responsible for all architectural work (Epoxy Paint for All basements, ceramic, marble,
cladding panels, etc….),

Project :Abha Airport And Facilities Buildings:
• - study and analysis of All drawings and technical specifications as
well as the BOQ
• - Three suppliers to provide materials in accordance with the
required specifications and analyze their prices and technical
specifications and then deliver it to the consultant for accreditation.
• - Technical Submittals To consultant in order to Approvals for
materials and suppliers
• - available contact & information for all suppliers finishing
material, example : suppliers for paints (Epoxy paint - plastic
paint, etc…).
