• Manage the Project in a way that it could be lead to success within time and scope.
• Developing Pre-feasibility, Feasibility, Contracts & Agreements for projects.
• Complete requirements collection from the stakeholders.
• Develop a complete project scope for the stakeholders and make it approved from stakeholders.
