• Working with Petrofac’s contract with TenneT Client for the Holandse Kust Zuid (HKZ) Offshore Grid connection for the Alpha & Beta HVAC Platform (Substations) in the North Sea targeting a total 3.5 gigawatt of wind energy production capacity Offshore.
• Perform T&C SCADA Subsystem Design automation and Integration, Testing and commissioning of Honeywell SCADA Subsystem interface with MEP, HVAC, Redundant PA/GA Alarm & Marine Control System, Radio Signaling System, FAP/FAS, CCTV, Telecom sub-system, and ASL Security System on Alpha & Beta Substation Off-Shore Platform.
• Perform SCADA Honeywell Experion PKS System upgradation from R3XX to latest R3XX System/Virtualization of Honeywell Experion PKS System on Dell FX2 Premium & Essential Platforms. Work with Aconex/Jira Project Management Information System.
• Plan and coordinate the site activities of T&C SCADA resources and subcontractors involved.
• Support System T&C SCADA team Offshore during test execution of Subsystems Integration Test, SAT & System Operation Demonstration Test.

• Worked on the Alstom-led consortium Dubai Expolink 2020 composed of Acciona and Gulermak for civil part to design, build the extension of Dubai’s Red metro line (Route 2020), and upgrade the system of the existing line. The project involves the construction of a 15-kilometre-long line - of which are 11.8 kilometers of elevated metro line and 3.2 kilometers underground metro line with 7 new passenger station - branching off the existing red line at the Nakheel Harbor & Tower station (NHT).
• Led T&C Design and Integration, Testing and commissioning of ATC sub-system, THALES ATC Seltrac S-40 Signaling System, Regression & NRT Non-Regression SPICO & DPICO ATC Testing, Metro Rolling Stock Maintenance. Perform Functional testing at Sub-system level, System Level and related Verification HTTP Strict Transport Security (HSTS), Transport Layer Security (TLS/SSL) system secure activities, OBS COM Device T&C Onboard Metro Testing and reported to Project T&C Manager accordingly with ALSTOM T&C Project Organization.
• Performed and organized all necessary means for VOBC Test and commissioning of trains equipped with THALES ATC Seltrac S-40 system (inductive loop).
• Worked as ATC System Engineer with full responsibility of ATC Testing and Commissioning activities, Responsible for the supervision of subcontractor progress of the T&C activities for ATC scope and its interface with different subsystems like MEP (Smoke curtains, Lifts & Escalators, Emergency lights, Travellators, sliding doors), IAS, FDA/FDS, COM CCTV, ECS, AFC, OCS SCADA, Telecom System, TETRA and Telephone Subsystem and ATC as per the System Safety Assurance safety test case.
• Prepared the T&C procedure for validation of different Signaling System Like ZC, ATS, CBI, CC (Onboard Train), Smart I/O cards, Wayside/Trackside Equipment’s, SPKS, Beacons, Point Machines. Performed VOBC test (Static/Dynamic PICO) according to VOBC test procedures.
• Prepared test report/certificate for each test case and collect relevant on-board logs (TCMS/VOBC/CCOT) for test analysis and test certificate support.
• Supported System T&C SCADA team on shore during test execution of Dynamic System Integration Test, System Operation Demonstration Test, Trial Run and Revenue Operation support.
• Planned and coordinated the site activities of T&C SCADA resources and subcontractor involved.
• Coordinated the necessary means for the implementation of ATC/RSK systems tests. Provided T&C staff with necessary tools, compliance with T&C quality requirements.

Joined the $8bn Qatar Rail project to provide a telecommunication & supervision system for phase one of the project. Maximized PLC and HMI system programming during pre-commissioning, test, commissioning, installation and configuration of PLC and SCADA interfaces with subsystems and other Metro Line systems, engaging with local cabinet and third parties to meet strict deadlines.  Set-up and ran the interface and SAT testing environment for onboard signaling equipment, central management system and route integrated control center to verify feasibility and fit-for-purpose.  Aided the design team in identifying and troubleshooting problems with proposals and T&C project management strategy.  Confirmed interface suitability for SCADA package in line with design specifications, incorporating systems for energy consumption, communications and tunnelling, amongst others.  Diagnosed and rectified interface issues affecting SCADA and power supply assets in collaboration with diverse interface teams.

·        Scheduled over 250 site test and system commissioning workstreams with third parties MHI, Fujita, Zitron and L&T with test procedures and client validation process.

·        Installed and configured over 100 operating systems into THALES servers and workstations, underpinned by interfacing RTUs and SCADA/OCC across four Metro lines.

·        Led the comprehensive testing of SCADA system from pre-commissioning to acceptance and integration, reporting to the T&C Manager on progress.

·        Shared expert knowledge of test platform with offshore testers in France & Hong Kong, as well as change control procedures with RAMS, QA and HSE teams.

·        Set-up testing and configuration of 33kv line, auto and aux transformers, battery and UPS system by configuring Moxa DA-682 A “Industrial Embedded Computer” for substation and traction power supply.

·        Met compliance requirements for quality and safety processes in energy testing, documenting progress and preparing the final report for client.

Planned and executed the test and commissioning stage of the R120m Saudi Electricity Company SEC SOA project, initiated to replace 50+ electro mechanical relays with numerical relays.  Operated as a team to automate automatic meter reading system for SEC-WOA Oil & Gas in transmission and distribution substations, power plants and wider substations Kingdom-wide.  Organized testing phase for site acceptance, accuracy, functionality, demand and quality solutions, leading two testing teams to commission solutions such as panels, cables, feeders and controls.  Presented at exhibitions, trade shows, conferences and events to demonstrate energy product using knowledge of National Electric Code (NEC).  Applied in-depth troubleshooting and electrical controls experience to identify the need for essential and non-essential PLC programming.

• Worked on Commissioning of Access Control System at SHIVAJI METRO STATION (DELHI AIRPORT METRO EXPRESS LINE PROJECT), HMI Implementation, BMS/HVAC/Controlling by Honeywell PKS Experion & monitored the working status of ENR/ HAVC plant/stations.
• Pre-commissioning and Testing & Commissioning of Yokogawa STARDOM, Pro-Safe and FASTTOOLS system. Migration of Process, ESD and F&G Signals from Modicon PLC to Yokogawa Stardom/Pro-safe System. Provide technical and commercial solution on selection and evaluation of Control system and field PRTU’S installation & Configurations.
• Project Engineering, Engineering Design Co-ordination and review with Client. Upgradation of existing Honeywell SCADA/Allen Bradley Control Logix PLC’S/RTU’S/Controllers/DMS.

Performed re-engineering on existing schematic drawings for Adaptation, Design work, Instrumentation and commissioning of SEL power quality / revenues metering panels / re-commissioning 50 electromechanical relays of various types with SEL numerical relays on transmission substation.
• Installation & Testing:
Installed RTU & Schweitzer SEL-735 Power Quality Meter Includes Accuracy Test for Active Power (Import, Export), Reactive Power (Import, Export), PQ Meter Testing for Voltage Sag/Swell/Interruption (VSSI) Test, Harmonics Test, Flickers Test ping by Accelerator software (SEL) for Power Quality meter, Functionality Test for Changeover busbar Relays.
• Pre- Commissioning:
Conducted Site Surveys on 11kV substations, making room layouts of Control Room, Lead design and development of automation systems & Energy Panels for SEL-735 Power Quality and Revenue Meter Panel for testing & design purpose to ensure no pending issue remains from earlier Phases of work, for smooth execution during testing & commissioning.
• Commissioning:
Performed commissioning on earlier designed work & Installed panels/RTU’s at AIS/ GIS Substations and 132 kV power houses via IEC 101 & 104 Protocol.
