Worked as construction engineer for 110/13.8kv Bus stand Sub Station Makkah Saudi Arabia .
110/13.8kv GIS, Bus Stand Sub Station Makkah Saudi Arabia with 6, 110KV Cable feeder bays, 6x110kv, 50/67MVA Power Transformers along with associated MV Switchgear, Control, protection, SCADA, LDC and telecommunication system.
The project has been created in response to the request for the power supply to the Central
Makkah area projects of the Custodian of Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah Bin Abdulaziz for
the expansion of the Makkah Holy Mosque and its facilities.
Worked as a Project Engineer for HV/MV/and LV substations,
Including:
• High voltage substations (Outdoor, Indoor, and SF6 switchgears).
• Medium voltage substations (SIEMENS and ABB vacuum switchgears, RMU's).
• Low voltage substations (MCC's and MDB's).
• Transformers control panels, chargers and alarm system.
• Compact substation 11/.4 KV (KIOSK's).
My responsibilities :
• Technical specification review and resolution
• Preparing project execution plan
• Schedule and monitor program activity to achieve an “on-time” result
• Directs and supervises all engineering activities.
• Assist in Preparing designs, drawings, plans and specifications for projects.
• Supervises technical testing and preparing required test certificates
• Assist in client contact
• Reviews and monitors project progress to assure quality and adherence to requirements of contract documents.
• Programming and setting of protection relays
(7SJ6005, 7SJ6025, 7SJ8011 7SJ8031, 7UT1, REF610, REF542 PLUS).
• Testing and pre-commissioning.
• The required tests for the substation :
- Primary current test.
- Secondary current test.
- DC operation test.
- Circuit breaker analyzer.
- Interlocking test and mechanical test.
- High voltage insulation tests for substation and Transformers.
- Cables testing.

The program is mainly about engineering that deals with the generation, transmission and distribution of electric power as well as the electrical devices connected to such systems including generators, motors and transformers. And also Control systems engineering is the engineering discipline that applies control theory to design systems with predictable behaviors.
